I spend a lot of my day driving and get very stressed with the traffic and the tight deadlines I've got to meet. Between that and all the lifting I have to do, my back gets really sore and I also get tension headaches. Gecko Massage is really convenient. I can usually get an evening appointment which fits in well with work. If I get a massage every 2 weeks, the headaches usually stay away and I don't get as stiff in the back lifting stuff. I'm an electrician and my work always has me crawling around in tight spaces and using tools in awkward places. After some jobs, I could hardly move I was so stiff and sore. I even needed physio on my back a few times.

My girlfriend told me about relaxation massage and I found Roley's ad in the local paper. The first massage was great. I never felt so relaxed. I try to go at least once a month but make a point of getting one if I start seizing up after a couple of big jobs.
