The Half Hour Getaway

One for those who are short of time or trying massage for the first time. You can choose a thorough back massage, a quick coverage of the whole body or any combination.

$35 for 30 minutes.

 

The StressBuster
This is the massage that stops stress dead in its tracks. A full-body massage combining soothing rhythmic strokes for unwinding the body and chilling the mind with kneading strokes to undo all the knots and tension. Great preventative maintenance for anyone who is physically active. From the top of your head to the tips of your toes, you'll feel a million dollars after one of these.

$55 for 60 minutes. $75 for 90 minutes.

Add $5 for a selected aromatherapy oil blend to enhance the experience even further.

 

The SteamRoller

This one's a bit brutal for anyone just wanting to relax. If you're a sportsman or gym junkie, it's just the ticket for getting over a game or heavy gym session. Following a similar sequence to the StressBuster, it really hammers the legs, back and shoulders while still soothing the rest of the body. Using a special muscle relief aromatherapy oil, it will have you back on your feet in no time. You even get a bottle of spring water to speed your recovery by helping your body flushing out the toxins.

$65 for 60 minutes. $85 for 90 minutes.

Head Massage
This is a real treat designed to send you off into la-la land. This strong but soothing scalp massage quickly gets rid of stress and is great for tension headaches. 

$10 for 10 minutes.

 

Foot massage
Think of all the abuse you've ever put your feet through and how tired you feel when your feet are sore? Whether it's steel-caps or high-heels, this is your chance to pay them back for all that hard work. Using reflexology techniques and a special aromatherapy lotion, this massage works especially the soles and toes. You'll be walking on air after this one.

$15 for 10 minutes.
